They aren't kidding when they said sharp. Cut myself taking it out of the sheath the first time. I also have the leather sheath but unfortunately the strap that snaps to hold the knife in the sheath was cut by the blade the first time I inserted it into the sheath. Now I only have the cotton sheath and have to be very careful pulling it out and returning it to the sheath.

I work in a commercial kitchen, I have used this knife all day for a week solid now. The blade is nearly as sharp as it was out of the box. Good weight, a bit blade heavy but I found out I actually like that. 100% will be ordering from them again. I have the slicer in mind.

This isn't going to be your typical knife review more of a review of Coolina the company. I took advance of a holiday offer buy 2 knives get one free. But upon delivery only one knife arrived..
On their Online Company site it said order fulfilled. Well not having much hope of getting my other two knives sent email with picture copies of receipts. To my utter amazement they informed me tracking from their end showed knives (2) lost in transit and immediately sent me two replacement knives with sieves! So knives are obviously stupendous craftsmanship, sharpness top shelf! More importantly company themselves have a honorable business base of dealing with customers. So in closing if your looking for high end knives second to none buy Coolina, they will deliver whats showing on their web page, quality, uncompromising determination to make your dealings with them trustworthy, thats a unfortunately missing quality in todays world.
