Coverage:
If you've chosen the COOLINA CARE Service Program, your knife is protected for the duration of 1 - 3 years from the delivery date, depending on your selected program. Under this program, COOLINA commits to repair, recondition, or replace your knife. This service will be executed at our dedicated Maintenance and Quality Department located in Florida, USA.
Special Bonus:
If you do not file any claim during your selected coverage term (1-year, 2-year or 3-year), you'll receive the full amount you paid for this service as a store credit or gift certificate.
Cancellation Policy:
If you decide to cancel the COOLINA CARE program, you will be credited with 90% of the unearned pro-rata premium, deducting any claims paid out or the cost of undertaken repairs.
How to Avail the Service:
If your knife suffers any damage or shows wear and tear signs (excluding damage from fire, floods, vandalism, or misuse) within the coverage period, kindly contact us via email at info@coolinastore.com.
Here you can submit a repair or reconditioning request. The program covers conditions like Blade Dulling, Minor Chips, Handle Wear, Loose Fittings, Corrosion, and Tip Breakage.
If a repair or reconditioning isn't feasible, we'll provide a brand-new replacement or a substitute of the same value. Note: Proof of purchase and possibly photos of the damaged item will be required.
A processing fee of $10.00 will be charged for each claim, and shipping costs will be additional.
Coverage Scope:
The COOLINA CARE program exclusively covers knives purchased from coolinastore.com or our official Amazon listings for the duration of the purchased coverage period*.
Exclusions:
The program does not extend to other Coolina products such as Cutting Boards, Serving Boards, All Wooden Products, Iron Pans, PU and Cotton Sheaths, Leather Bags, Aprons, BBQ sets, or any other non-knife product.
Replacement Limit:
There's no cap! You can submit as many claims as needed within your coverage term, given the item is available. If your particular knife style is out of stock or discontinued, we'll offer a similar or reasonably equivalent style.
