Visit our store, choose products that you love, then click "Add to cart" and "Check out". If you have a coupon code you can apply it at checkout. Then fill in your information and pay.

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

We ship internationally around the world.

After processing your order it will be sent to the proper fulfillment center. Once the package arrives in your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. Please kindly contact your local post if need be when the package arrives in your country.

Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping options. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

• Within the US: Orders are shipped via express shipping and typically arrive within 2–3 business days. However, depending on the destination zip code, delivery may take up to 5 business days.
• International orders: Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that all our products are handmade so restocking may require a little extra time.

We provide tracking numbers as soon as your order is fulfilled, usually within 24 hours. Once tracking is ready, you’ll receive it at the email you used when placing your order. This will include your tracking number and simple instructions on how to track your package.

For some global shipments, tracking may take 2–5 days to appear after you receive the tracking email, and in rare cases, certain international carriers do not provide tracking. Rest assured, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if there’s ever a problem with your order, we’ll make it right.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Coolina cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.

Please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Wash your Coolina knife immediately after each use. Carefully wash it by hand and then dry immediately after washing to make sure all moisture is gone before storing back.

When washing your knife by hand, use only soft sponges while still ensuring the residue gets off. Never use abrasive sponges or scouring pumices, as those can eventually dull a high-polished knife.

Our knives come already oiled, but you need to wash that oil off the blade with warm water or a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. After that you can oil the blade with special knife oil or regular food oil of your choice. Oiling is crucial for steel blades, so make sure to do that regularly.

Avoid dishwashers at all costs when dealing with our steel knives. Because dishwasher detergents are powerful enough to easily pit the steel off the blades. The jostling motion of the machine not only can dull and chip the blades but also corrode the handles of your knives.

Good news, you don’t need to bring it to a professional every week. Here are some steps to sharpen your Coolina knife:

• Pull-through method - It requires a sharpening tool with either V-shaped or ceramic wheels.
• Whetstone method - with the use of a whetstone or a waterstone with 2 grits on.
• Honing stone method - using a honing rod, it helps realign the metal in a blade, massaging small nicks, indentations, and flat spots away.

Coolina knives are made from high carbon steel and with good care, it will last you a long time. After each use, remember to immediately wash it with your hand using a soft sponge. Dry it with a towel after washing and then oil it with a knife oil or regular food oil of your choice.
