The Altomino Chef knife is hand-forged by Master knife smiths as an “all-purpose” using special techniques. It’s designed to provide equally satisfying cuts to both meat and vegetables alike.
Crafted with high-quality steel - the blade is carefully sharpened using proprietary ancient techniques that produce a razor, almost “surgical” sharp blade.

Our Master artisans crafted the blade with superior balance and weight distribution allowing for more effortless cutting which creates a more enjoyable experience each time you use it. The handle grip fits perfectly between your palm and fingertips making it super comfortable to hold and carry.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the package should be undamaged.

Knife Care Instructions:
- Wash immediately after receiving and after each use
- Wash by hand
- Dry immediately after washing
- Oil after drying
- Store properly
- Cut on a wooden chopping board
- Sharpen regularly
Wooden Products Care Instructions:
- Do wash your cutting board by hand.
- Do use liquid dish soap to wash your cutting board.
- Do wipe your clean cutting board dry, and let it finish by air-drying on its side.
- Don't put it in the dishwasher.
- Condition your board using mineral oil.
Knife Bag Care Instructions:
- For Cleaning:
Wipe down with a damp cloth, then use a dry cloth to avoid water penetration.
- For Conditioning:
Gently clean the leather surface by combining waterproof spray with colorless aniline cream on the cloth.
Avoid extreme sunlight, excessive pressure, and soakage.
