I've wanted these for a while. The black Friday sale was too good to turn down. I'm a chef. Retired but still a trained chef. I love this knife! It does need extra care however. Make sure to wash, dry, and oil immediately after every use.

It's a lovely knife. Feels great in my hand and slices through everything I've thrown at it with ease. Vegetables or meat, it's like a hot knife through butter. Definitely make sure you clean and store them properly. My husband washed it and left it sit in the drying rack instead of drying it immediately and it rusted right away.

I was a little hesitant to buying the Coolina knives but then I decided I would buy 4 for Thanksgiving dinner to help with the prep and cutting. The Promaja was a beast when it came to chopping and dicing, The Tungsten XL cut through the Prime Rib like Butter and the Gator made short work of the Turkey joints. I am thrilled with all of them, they only regret is not buying them sooner.
