- Toast bread x 2
- Bacon x 6 slices
- Eggs x 4
- Maasdam cheese x 2 slices
- Cheddar x 2 slices
- Crunchy Peanut butter
Step 2: Melt some butter and oil in a heated pan, then add the 6 bacon slices (2min each side)
Step 3: Top the bacon with two pieces of Maasdam cheese.
Step 4: Arrange the eggs around the bacon in a circular pattern.
Step 5: Place one slice of bread on top of the cheese and turn it over.
Step 6: Spread the Crunchy peanut butter on the other side.
Step 7: Flip the omelet over (the bread should down the omelet now and the bacon at the top)
Step 8: Add to the bacon in this order:
- 2 slices of lettuce
- 2 slices of cheddar
- Add some Mayo and Ketchup
Step 10: Fold the omelet in half from the bottom to the top (it has to become a sandwich)
