Eggs Benedict prepared in the woods

Ingredients
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 8 slices salmon
- 1 egg
- 1 poached egg
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp. white vinegar
- Capers
- 1 pack Cream cheese
- 4 middle size potato, peeled
- 1 burger bread
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ cup starch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ butter
Hollandaise sauce
- 1.2 cup melted butter
- 3 egg yolk
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- ⅓ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, add 4 yolks, melted butter, white vinegar, salt, pepper, and whisk it for at least 4 minutes
- In a bowl combine peeled potato, egg, flour salt, pepper, starch. Mix
- Divide the mixture into small pieces and shape into cutlets
- In an Excuto or other large, deep skillet, heat oil on medium heat until it shimmers. Add the cutlets and fried until golden brown
- Boil water and add 2 spoons of white vinegar
- When the water is boiling, make a “spiral” “tornado” with a utensil and add an egg
- After 2 minutes, take out the egg carefully
- Grease the pan and fry inside the burger for a few minutes
- Spread cream cheese on the top bun, place the cutlets, avocado slices, salmon, poached egg and pour some Hollandaise sauce, sprinkle some capers and cover with the top bun
