1 whole chickenÂ
- 1 tsp. Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ginger garlic paste
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander, choppedÂ
- 1 lime, squeezed
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 cup waterÂ
- 4 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 green chili
- 1 dry red chili
- 1 red onion
- 5 tbsp. sunflower oilÂ
- 1/4 cup mintÂ
- 1 mangoÂ
Spice MixÂ
- 2 tbsp. coriander seedsÂ
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- 1- inch cinnamon stick
- 3-4 cardamoms
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
RiceÂ
- 1 cup riceÂ
- 1 cup water
Bread
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sunflower oil

Rice
- Cook the rice according to packaging directions.
Spice Mix
- Mix coriander seeds, garlic cloves, cinnamon sticks, and cardamoms in a bowl. Add cumin seeds and black pepper. Remove from the heat and let it cool down. Using a grinder, make a fine powder.
- Season the chicken with Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger, and garlic paste, and squeeze lime all over it.
- Add oil to a hot pan and saute the onions with bay leaves. Add the spice mix. Add green and red chilies. Cook for a minute. Add tomato paste and cook for 1-2 minutes over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pan. Mix. Add yogurt and water. Cook for 8 minutes. Remove the pieces.
- In a bowl, mix coriander and mint. Add on the chicken curry.
To Serve
- Add rice, chicken, and the remaining ingredients on the round dough!
