Our Special Fish Sandwich Recipe

Our mysterious chef caught the fish in the river by hand in an old-fashioned method and made this unique recipe right on the riverbank. Follow his recipe for this crispy treat, which is stacked high enough to keep you full for the entire day.

Ingredients

  • Silver Cap 1
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Starch ½ cup
  • Salt ½  tbsp.
  • Black pepper ¼ tsp
  • Paprika ½ tsp
  • Oil 6 tbsp.
  • Soya sauce ¼ cup
  • Chili Flakes ½  tsp
  • Mayonnaise 1 cup
  • Lime 2 pc
  • Lime Zest 1pc
  • Coriander ¼ cup, chopped
  • Lemon half
  • Asparagus

Instructions 

  1. Cut and clean the fish
  2. Season it with pepper salt, soya sauce, and lemon juice (marinade) 
  3. Add oil in the pan
  4. Dip the fish in flour and cornstarch bowls (both sides)
  5. Put the fish in the pan
  6. Fry the fish on both sides until golden brown
  7. Prepare the sauce by mixing together mayonnaise, squeezed lime juice, and coriander
  8. Ready!
