The butcher knife came in with flying colors, arriving right on time for the butchering of a 1000# bull. Surprised to see the knife perform beyond my expectations with its ability to not only due the fine work of skinning and deboning, but also slicing through both the pelvic and brisket bones with relative ease. I can honestly say this is the only knife I have that has butchered an entire cow. Love it and recommend it to all of my friends.

Fourth one I bought. Two were gifts one to my son and my other to a military brother I served with who is now retired. Of the two I kept, one is in the kitchen and the other in my RV. It makes a great impression and of course quite useful around the grill or fire at the camp site.

I love this knife! I am a small woman and have an autoimmune disease that weakens my muscles. I really liked some of the larger knives but because of this problem I can't use them. My first order I bought some of the larger ones not even considering the fact that they might be heavy and I might not be able to safely use them but sure enough when I picked up the knife the first time I realized right quick that the larger knives was out of the question but this knife was awesome! Perfect size for someone like me and with the health issues I have. I would recommend this knife to everyone!

Beat made a the sharpest knife I've ever bought on line. Some reviews were complaining that these knife's were dull and rusted. Well I'm here to say that is NOT true Very sharp right out of the box an NO rust at all. Common sense. Use some oil on all knifes to keep them looking new

Haven’t had a chance to use any of them. But they Look & Feel to be GAMECHANGERS I ended up getting buy 2 get 3. & mystery knife Feel extremely sharp feel great in hand. The look / shape of the blades are amazing However the Handles is what steals the show the difference in wood in the knives gives each knife it’s one unique character & I’ve only acquired 6 I am pretty sure once I get into using these, I will probably be back to obtaining a few more.
