Veggie Burger Cooked In Nature

Ingredients 

  • Buns x 2
  • Zucchini 1kg
  • Egg x 6
  • Flour 500g
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cheddar
  • Tomatoes x 1
  • Red onion
  • Spinach fresh
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Pickles 

Sauce bottom:

  • Ketchup
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard

Sauce Top:

  • Avocado
  • Chili fresh
  • Lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions 

Step 1: In a mixing bowl, grate the zucchini, add 200g flour, 1 egg, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Mix it until it becomes a firm dough (steak form)
Step 3: Add 2 eggs In a bawl and your bread crumbs on a plate
Step 4: Take your zucchini steak and place it in the bawl before spreading it out on the plate (2 sides)
Step 5: Heat 1 liter of oil in a pan over high heat, then add your zucchini steaks and cook for 8 minutes.
Step 6: Prepare the sauce 1 - Mix :

  • 100g Ketchup
  • 100g Mayonnaise
  • 30g Mustard

Step 7: Prepare the sauce 2 - Mix:

  • Olive oil - 20ml
  • Mashed avocado
  • Cut fresh chili
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt + Pepper

Step 8: Cut the red onion, tomatoes, and pickles
Step 9: Toast the buns for one minute on each side.
Step 10: Assemble the burger : Bun > Sauce1 > Spinach > Zucchini Steak > Cheddar > Tomato > Red Onion > Zucchini steak > Cheddar > Tomato > Red onion > Pickles > Sauce2 > Bun
