Definitely sharp as shit , cleaned and oiled it after I received it and finger slipped a little bit . Nothing serious though , but the first time I used it it cut through the meat like a hot knife through butter . I have my eye on a couple more of your knives I will purchase in the future. Of the 6 knives I bought, this one is my favorite. Comfortable grip regardless of what I'm cutting. Effective for cutting everything from meat, to tomatoes. can hold it comfortably with different grips depending on what I'm using it for. There's a reason it's hard to keep in stock.

I was very hesitant to buy these at first, figuring it would just be another product that looked great in the ads, but wouldn’t hold up or perform like it says they will.
However, I was looking for a set of quality knives since I do a lot of cooking and the knives I had weren’t cutting it.
Ordered the Daozi, Whale, Gator, and Lixy. I absolutely love them all. The Lixy is a bit heavy but you get used to it after a few uses. The Gator seems to be my go-to knife as it is so versatile.
