Wow what a great knife. Love the weight and how sharp it is out of the box. The weight helps to cut up the turkey, chickens and quail quick and easy. Yes it is a large chef knife, yet does not let you down.

What a beast the Lixy is. I ordered 5 knives and love each of them. All were sharp and being used across 2 of my properties when I cook. Some of my family are hesitant to use them but I enjoy cooking so more experience for me. I waited until after the holidays and may have lost out on a few dollars in savings but that was completely on me. One of the fastest deliveries I have ever had with any online order.
