Excellent Knives I actually believe it made that Ribeye Steak taste better!
Because the juices didn’t come out of that Steak the cut was so Clean and it sliced the Steak Quickly keeping the juices of the Steak in the Steak and When it met up with my mouth the Steak Juices and my taste buds collided.
I’m on a carnivore diet and I have lost 20+ pounds already in three weeks just by eating meat alone so every night I’m enjoying those knives. I guess that’s the reason why I bought 10 of them because I’m going to hand a few of them out to some good friends of mine For Christmas presents. He’s a definitely good knives while I was in the military I was stationed in Germany, a total of six years and I bought Hinkle knives only to discard them to the trashcan because once a stainless steel knife gets dull it’s near impossible to get it right again Where these carbon steel knives are the very best
That’s why your parents loved cast-iron because it left the meat tasting the very best. It seared it in and that too. You have to oil after you’re finished using it light soap and water then oil it to preserve it and not let it rust I have a advantage of her most of you my father was a meat cutter for 30 years. I miss him a lot. He’s been out of my life for 30 years now went to heaven at age 85 I would definitely suggest anybody to get one of these knives if not, two or three I’ve been a connoisseur of knives all my life and these are some of the very best!!!
Actually, a dull knife is a very dangerous knife because it can slip off of whatever you’re trying to cut and cut you instead more like stab you instead.

This is the best Cleaver ever. Made short order of chopping/cutting apart a rack of lamb chops. I will use it for everything. Knife came in and had a cracked handle. I emailed Coolina and immediately got a reply from George who facilitated a quick turn around exchange. I am sure I will be looking at other knives from Coolina in the future.
