You probably aren't going to want to post this, but here is the 100% truth. These are amazing knives and I have purchased 5 of them and the expense leather sleeves. Their customer service is terrible and I was heart broken to find this out. So now, rather than make YOUR mistake right for a $150 knife, you aren't going to get the review you hoped for....My boyfriend freaked for these knives...but one of the edges chipped off. When I bought the knives, they did not offer protection then OR I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT IT, because my first order was over $400. When I reached out about the chip and what to do, I discovered they had sent me a much cheaper knife than what I ordered that first time, and I didn't catch it....I told them I was definitely ordering more knives, but would they work with me on fixing his broken knife, and send me the expense knife I originally ordered and paid for, but did not receive. The woman was nice on the phone at first and then obviously was told to quit responding to me cuz they refused to answer the phone or an email. Moving on, I did order him two more knives for his birthday because he truly loved them, but was sorry to have to give them the business again. Wish they would have made the original order right. I never asked for a free knife....I wanted to have them send me the knife I PAID FOR and let me PAY FOR THE WRONG KNIFE THEY SENT. Now doesn't that sound fair to you? Sure does to me and they never even apologized. SUPER BUMMER AND YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Now this is a knife. This one fits great in your hand, slices with very little effort and is weighted really well. It is becoming one of my favorite knives for slicing everything from cheese to delicate veggies all the way to any piece of meat. Surely a 5 star rating for this one.

This is a great knife. My only advice would be for any knife with a loop at the end, please round off the edge. If anyone spun this on their finger it would certainly cut you.
