
Chicken rolls with sausage and panko

Packed with some of the most delicious ingredients, these sausage and panko chicken rolls are an easy midweek meal to enjoy for your lunch break or even dinner!

Ingredients
- Chicken breast - 3 pc
- Sausage - 3 pc
- Eggs - 6 pc
- Cheddar Cheese - 10 slices
- Sunflower oil - 8 cup
- Flour - 1 cup
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Pepper - ½ tsp
- Paprika - ½ tsp
- Panko - 2 cup
Sauce Ingredients
- Sour-cream - 1 pack
- Lime - 1 pc
- Mayonnaise - ½ cup
- Red onion - 1 pc
- Dill - ¼ cup
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Pepper - ½ tsp
- Mustard - 1 tbsp
- Cucumber Pickles - 2 pc
- Mint - ⅙ cup
- Kapers - ¼ cup

This is a really great knife. I like how you can see the hamon or temper line it has in it's cutting edge. It's handle it ruggedly built and the blade is thick and sturdy as well as very sharp. I've been using it in the kitchen a lot lately and it holds a nice edge too.
Instructions
- 1. Flatten out the chicken breast and marinate with salt, pepper and paprika. Sprinkle some flour.
- 2. Slice cheddar cheese and add on the flattened chicken
- 3. Add sausage on cheese layer
- 4. Roll the chicken
- 5. In a bowl, pour the flour and add paprika
- 6. Break the eggs in a separate bowl and whisk
- 7. In an another bowl, add panko
- 8. Dip each chicken in flour on both sides, then dip in eggs on both sides, then dip in panko
- 9. Add oil in the pan and preheat to 410F
- 10. Put the chicken roll in the pan and fry for 10 min until golden brown
