- 3/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 3 to 4 tbsp powdered Swerve Sweetener (depending on how sweet you like it)
- 1/4 cup packed mint leaves
- 1 cup white rum
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 liter club soda
- Blueberries and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine blueberries and powdered sweetener. Blend to a thick puree. Transfer to a pitcher.
