Cheesy Baked Potatoes
Ingredients:
- about 6-8 potatoes, peeled
- olive oil
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- grated parmesan cheese
- salt
- pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 360F. Drizzle your pan with a little olive oil, to avoid sticking. Peel and slice the potatoes, line them up in the pan separately, season with a little salt and black pepper. Put the pan into the oven, and let the potatoes bake for around 30 minutes or once they have a golden crisp to them. Remove the pan from the oven, top the potatoes with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan, and let it bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheeses melt.
Remove your delicious, cheesy, baked potatoes from the oven and top a couple on top of one another, like in the photo, and you’re ready to serve! Enjoy this side dish with absolutely anything, but we like serving it with a juicy steak.
Simply Delicious Steak
Ingredients:
- 1 beef flat iron steak or boneless top sirloin steak (3/4 pound)
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt
- pepper
Instructions:
Commence by sprinkling your steak with salt and pepper. Then, in a large skillet, heat about a tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add steak and cook until the meat reaches your desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°), 4-7 minutes per side. Serve with a side of cheesy baked potatoes!
