We’ve compiled numerous Easter dinner ideas for you, from glazed hams to easy keto meals. But, we’ve got one more easy, classic dinner recipe for all of you who don’t feel like going all out but still want to enjoy a delicious, mouthwatering meal. So, keep on reading to find out how to make this amazing cheesy baked potatoes and steak recipe!
Cheesy Baked Potatoes
- about 6-8 potatoes, peeled
- olive oil
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- grated parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 360F. Drizzle your pan with a little olive oil, to avoid sticking. Peel and slice the potatoes, line them up in the pan separately, season with a little salt and black pepper. Put the pan into the oven, and let the potatoes bake for around 30 minutes or once they have a golden crisp to them. Remove the pan from the oven, top the potatoes with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan, and let it bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheeses melt.
Remove your delicious, cheesy, baked potatoes from the oven and top a couple on top of one another, like in the photo, and you’re ready to serve! Enjoy this side dish with absolutely anything, but we like serving it with a juicy steak.
Simply Delicious Steak
- 1 beef flat iron steak or boneless top sirloin steak (3/4 pound)
- 1 tbsp butter
Commence by sprinkling your steak with salt and pepper. Then, in a large skillet, heat about a tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add steak and cook until the meat reaches your desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°), 4-7 minutes per side. Serve with a side of cheesy baked potatoes!
